Our Mazak VMC Milling Machine is driven by a fully conversational M32 control which allows for quick programming for any machining. The Mazak is also complemented with our CAD/CAM software in which the machining shape spectrum opens right up with the ability to do 3D machining.

Our Saro Lathe with Osai CNC controller can handle all of your larger machining needs, with the Osai control programs being created by our CAD/CAM software, any profile or shape is achieved with exact precision. The lathe is fitted with a 300mm 3 jaw chuck and a 700mm 4 jaw chuck to ensure chucking of any shapes are easy.

Our Tongill CNC Lathe is driven by a Fanuc OT control. The turning ability for this machine is vast using the Fanuc OT control combined with the backup of CAD/CAM software, with machine having a 10-inch hydraulic chuck it is perfect for positive clamping of the workpiece with soft jaws. This machine is tooled up with ten turning & boring tools ready to start machining with minimal set up thus quicker and cost effective machining. Using our CAD/CAM software any shape or profile will be achieved with exact precision and speed. Generally used as a jobbing CNC and for smaller production runs.
