CNC MILLING SERVICES

Our Mazak CNC vertical machining centre allows us to manufacture anything from a basic part to your more complex and intricate parts to exact size. Driven by CAD/CAM software any shape or profile is easily achieved with precision. Size capability of 1000 x 500 x 500.

CNC TURNING:

Our CNC Turning centres allows us to provide precision turning from basic profiles to more complex and intricate profiles, our CNC Lathes are driven by our CAD/CAM software which allows us to design offline and directly replicate designs on the lathe. Using Fanuc and Osai controls on our lathes we can provide a multitude of turning services as listed below.

We have 3 CNC Lathes that can handle from Dia 5mm up to Dia 500mm x 3 meters long. Whether one off part is needed or a production run is required we have the ability to service all your turning needs.

If you have an emergency machining job that requires quick turnaround times, McBurney Engineering should be your first point of contact. The team are flexible and will handle any urgent repair work and we are happy to come to your site to conduct this. We provide specialist shutdown services for a range of industries. Our skilled tradesmen have a vast knowledge of breakdown and repair work of a large spectrum including but not limited to the repairs of electric motor mechanical parts, pulleys, rollers, hydraulics (reclaim and new) drive shafts, couplings but to name a few. William has more than 24 years of experience in engineering, during which time he has worked with a number of different industries. This experience, along with his comprehensive workshop and dedicated staff, has laid the foundation for his project management skills.



McBurney Engineering can assist you with each stage of production, from the initial sketching through to the presentation of the finished product. Along the way we will measure and design to the specifications, before using our machines to produce a prototype for you to approve. Once the prototype has been tested and approved, our team will begin arranging the production run as per the prototype specification. We will deliver a first-rate product that is ready to go.
